Once our investigation is complete and we've established that you are entitled to receive an overage,

If you accept our assistance, we will gather the necessary paperwork and send it to you for completion. We don’t charge you any upfront fees to investigate the matter for you. 

Once you return the documents, we will forward them to our attorney, who will check them for accuracy before submitting them to the appropriate authority.

The process typically takes between 30 days or more from the original filing. 

Once the process is complete, A check is presented to the attorney, who will subsequently send you the funds after deducting our fee.
